Break Party ("the Game") is developed by Social Snails Oy ("we"). This policy explains what data the Game handles.
Anonymous gameplay analytics (optional, consent-based). If you tap "SURE" on the in-game consent prompt, we collect anonymous gameplay statistics via GameAnalytics (sessions, which mini-games are played, match completions, feature usage). This data contains no names, contact details, or precise location, and is not used to track you across other apps or websites. If you decline, no analytics are collected. You can play the Game fully either way.
No account is required. We do not collect names, email addresses, contacts, photos, microphone audio, or precise location. Player names typed into the Game stay on your device.
Game progress, unlocks, settings, and your analytics choice are stored locally on your device and can be erased by clearing the app's data or uninstalling.
GameAnalytics (GameAnalytics ApS, Denmark) processes the anonymous statistics described above on our behalf. See gameanalytics.com/privacy.
The Game never shows forced ads. If you choose to tap "WATCH A VIDEO" for bonus coins, the video is served by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC). To serve and measure that ad, Google may process your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown; you can decline and still watch non-personalised ads. On iOS the Game does not ask for permission to track you, so Apple's advertising identifier is not shared. You can also reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. Purchases (the Supporter pack and coin packs) are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment card or billing details. The store tells the Game only which product was bought, so it can unlock your items and restore them on a new device.
If you join the waitlist on breakparty.app, we store your email address and the country of your request so we can tell you when Break Party launches. We use FormSubmit to deliver signups to our inbox. We will not sell your address or use it for anything else, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing info@socialsnails.com.
The Game is designed to be suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
